The subscription is necessary because were are updating it every single day to ensure nothing is ever outdated and our ongoing support requires us to be there for you during the duration of your package.

After purchasing a module, simply go to our website from any device, login and click "App" in the menu.

Since it's a web app, it will work on any device with a web browser - laptop, tablet, phone, tricorder, etc.

Yes, upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time. Your initial purchase will be used as a pro-rated credit for the upgrade.

Downgrade from Premium to Standard any time and the new, lower price will kick in at your subscription renewal.

Cancel anytime within the 3-day risk-free trial period and there's no charge.

Forgot to cancel? Reply to your order email within a few days to ask for a one-time exception.

Outside of that, there's no refunds. Buy when you know it's what you want or need.

Login to your account, click "Manage Billing" on your app account page to cancel your free trial with one click.

After purchasing a module, visit your account dashboard to book 30 minute Zoom meetings, up to a month in advance, for $100+ per session. There's no guarantees of which team member or days and times are available.

If this is outside your budget, every module includes free, always-there-for-you support via the support community for no additional charge.

Some get the Essential module and stop there, others want to add season-specific items and colors to their wardrobes and get the Spring & Summer or Fall & Winter modules as they see fit. It's completely up to you.

Yes! The beauty of the app is that it works for everyone, in every region. The only thing you’ll notice is that some of the shopping links will go to North American brands, so you’ll need to get the items shipped internationally or use the recommendations as a guide to find equivalent local options.

The Essential module is the foundational module that teaches you how to put together a complete, year-round wardrobe with items that'll work for all seasons, but are less specific to any particular season.

The Spring & Summer module focuses exclusively on items, colors, patterns and how-to's that are used during the warmer seasons like linens, light wash jeans, sandals, swim & beachwear, etc, which are not included in other modules.

The Fall & Winter module focuses on items, colors, patterns and how-to's that are used during cold weather like thermals, weather-proof footwear, rain and snow gear, etc. which are not included in other modules.

No, the app and Shopping List allows you to see what items you already own that work for the module, as well as what items you may need to purchase to complete your wardrobe. What you buy is totally up to you.

If we've done our job right, you won't notice any changes. The app adjusts in various ways - some subtle, some not-so-subtle - depending on the attributes you've input into the app. Just know that any details and suggestions you're seeing will work for your specific attributes.
